Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal details are erased.
If you can't access the app, email support@liftyme.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number, subject line Delete my account. We action requests within 7 days.
Your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, and identity-verification reference are permanently erased. Your login is disabled and the phone number is freed for re-registration.
Anonymised trip records (route, fare, date) are kept where required for the other party's history, tax, and legal/anti-fraud obligations, with no information that identifies you. These are retained for up to 24 months and then removed.
